About the Artist
I've had a passion for painting for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a family where art and culture were central, my parents became my first artistic inspirations and teachers. Watching my mother paint beautiful snowy Swedish landscapes inspired me to pursue art as my own path.
After earning my master's degree in architecture in Japan, I became deeply drawn to Japanese art and culture through academic conferences and studies. During that time, I had the privilege of teaching art to younger students, a dream come true. These experiences shaped my artistic vision and deepened my commitment to the craft.
When I moved to Canada, I made the decision to fully embrace my passion for art. Today, I create paintings as a way to share my perspective with others and express the emotions and experiences I had in my journey.
